Don’t seem like a great doctors office u can call 5 days through the week they never answer the phone and don’t have a website either to book an appointment says alot about this office .
Dr HayanOrfaly is my the best doctor forever ,I appreciate him and all his office employees who are very friendly and nice with me
The doctor is excellent and truly exceptional; however, the reception staff is completely unprofessional. They need to demonstrate much greater flexibility in how they interact with patients. The receptionist is invariably preoccupied with personal conversations; consequently, we end up waiting two hours or more on every visit—as if we were invisible.
