Very kind and helpful each time I go there. Alterations have been very good. Would recommend it to anyone in the area that needs a place to go!
I’ve have success with them cleaning some of my smaller items in the past, but they ruined my $3k wedding dress. Brought it in quite stained, but they completely changed the entire color of the dress, and there are random stains and pilling on the fabric that wasn’t there before. Went from a beautiful bright ivory color to grey all over, the luster is completely gone, looks like they put it in the washer. I’m heartbroken. Wouldn’t recommend bringing your precious items here.
