My first time trying cryotherapy and this was a good first experience. Corey was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the whole process to me along with the benefits of it. I felt like I asked so many questions but he was patient and informative. I also got to try the normatec compression and that felt great! My muscles feel so relaxed right now! Overall, I had a good first time here.
