I received an unpaid balance from 2020 now in 2026. I received no bills prior to that. Ridiculous that I'm being billed from six years ago because they are under new management.

It was the first time at Broadway cosmetic dentistry and I was happy with the attentiveness of the staff
I had a genuinely good experience with the dental staff themselves. The surgeon and assistant were both excellent, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout several processes. The actual care I received was great. My issue came afterward with billing and communication. On several occasions I was contacted for payment on services that I had already handled through my co-pay. When I contacted my insurance company at the time, they explained that the dental office had not submitted the proper paperwork yet. Even aft... read more
