5Dec25 Needed guidance on the process to get repairs for my Equinox, everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful! Anthony in particular assisted me through the estimate, which did not take too long, and explained everything I needed to know. Their lobby was very comfortable and I totally dig their coffee station. Very needed. Thanks! Accidents happen. They’re there to help. Be safe everyone!
I am very disappointed with the service I received. My vehicle was in their shop for an entire month, and during that time, no one returned my calls or provided any updates. When they finally said my car was ready, it wasn’t — they hadn’t even properly inspected it. They kept it for another two weeks, and the issue was still not resolved.
