We had a wonderful experience at this bergstrom’s. Carlos was our sales person and he did a wonderful job finding us the new vehicle we’re looking for. The vehicle wasn’t even out on the lot yet it had just arrived. He had it gassed up and washed and we were able to take it on a test drive. We were unsure about the purchase so they allowed us to take it home for the weekend so we did and took it back on Monday and did the paperwork! Thanx again!!
The lack of communication is insane. Dropped off my vehicle on the day asked, they didn't start working on it till 4 days later. They even called 2 days after i dropped it off, stating I missed my drop date. Excuse me, what?! Asked to keep it longer cause of that. I've had 4 different days. I was told I would be able to pick up my vehicle, only to call and be told it's not ready. I'm never going to be coming here again for any work that needs to be done.
