Weak a$$ theater. Old lame seats in a musty dump. Update ya'll stuff!
The customer service at this place is beyond excellent. This really is one of the premiere movie theatres of Chicago.
I saw "Moonlight" there yesterday for the 4:05 p.m. showing and did not like it. It was freezing in the theater and in relation to other theaters in the Chicago area the seats and the general ambience is sorely lacking. In addition, I asked one of the employees there if I could speak to one of the managers to arrange a school visit for my students to see "Loving." This is a cool little theatre that shows a lot of independent films which I love...
