Bergstrom worked on past vehicles for me and always resolved the issues. Thursday I brought a van to them because a different shop couldn't diagnose and repair two issues. The shuttle driver Steve was an absolute delight. Service advisor Bridget checked my vehicle in. Cassie kept me updated on the van. Cassie went above and beyond my expectations with communication.
