The process of purchasing our vehicle was easy and stress free. Our salesman was thorough and called to follow up after our purchase. I would highly recommend Nick and Bergstrom of Manitowoc.
Scheduled my recall VIA the GMC app and when I arrived for the first Appointment I waited for around 30 minutes just to have the service manager inform me they had the wrong part to complete the job and then had to reschedule my truck for a different day. Now that the recall has been completed I don't believe the dealership has entered or communicated with GMC and it keeps appearing in my GMC app. Very frustrating...
We purchased a pre-owned certified pick-up truck last week and wanted to give them 5 stars because this was, hands down, the best car buying experience we've ever had! Adam Eisner, Sales, was amazing and so were the rest of the team - Mike Wall, General Manager; AJ Johnson, Finance Manager; and Tim Riebe, Collison Manager. We're HUGE fans of the one-stop/no-negotiating model they use and will look here first for our next vehicle!!
Had a Gof done o my 2017 Sierra. With an oil job you think they would check the air in the tires. What is this to hard to do or do have to make a different appt for that! Just like I told them my brake pedal makes a squeaky noise when I use it told me I had to talk to the other desk and make an appointment for that!! That’s bull shit ever since bergstrom took over the place is going down hill!!
