This is a horrible location the owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. These people charged me for a truck rental at there location only to have the truck locked in gate and they diddnt even put the key in box. I called to speak about the issue the owner of the store said she has nothing to do with it but this is the location for the pick up. The employees are great, very knowledgeable and willing to walk through the store with you and help you out

Bad customer service the manager I assume was the lady in all black very bad customer service The cashier at the time wasn't very inviting They made me feel like I was trying to steal I never left the cashier area I WILL NEVER go to this ace hardware store again
