The employees are great, very knowledgeable and willing to walk through the store with you and help you out

Bad customer service the manager I assume was the lady in all black very bad customer service The cashier at the time wasn't very inviting They made me feel like I was trying to steal I never left the cashier area I WILL NEVER go to this ace hardware store again
Really bad customer service, went in for an exchange and got yelled at instead , all for not knowing the exact size I needed . Plus, I got charged more than it was.
