Dr. Frana assisted in the home passing of my 17 year old SmokeyKat who was in kidney failure. If it were not for Lee, her front desk administrator talking to me over the phone during this crisis I never would have the opportunity to be with my beloved kitty surrounded by all who loved him at his home. Dr. Franna and staff saved my 2 year old who had an obstruction. They are compassionate and treat each family as if they are their own family. Dr. Franna is exceptionally well trained and makes the best treatment decisions. Her long time staff of Tina and Lee have no equal in the care and compassion they offer both their patients and cat owners. Very pleased with Dr. Frana’s level of care for my cat. I would highly recommend her.
We rarely need Veterinary help even with 3 cats and a dog. Bubba was a wonderful, loving, gentle long hair ball of fur and life that was brought into our lives by my daughter. Recently Bubba had changed, he lost a little weight, had a few signs of his body not being able to fight off "normal" things and began begging for treats at every meal and sometimes missed when trying to jump up to his favorite coffee table top. Great experience I brought my cat in to get his nails clipped as one was very long and digging into the pad on his paw. Dr Perry found another nail that was worse than the one I knew about. I had never taken in my cat for a nail trim I did it at home with my daughters helping. They no longer live at home and my cat will not let me trim his nails. I came in a little early for my appointment and they took us right away and trimmed all his nails super fast, my cat never made a sound. The vet tech was excellent. I will go there ... read more
I can't imagine a better cat specialist than Dr. Diane Perry, who has been able to diagnose my cats' problems within minutes, every time one is sick. I have complete trust in her knowledge and experience, and she was able to save 2 of my cats when they were critically ill. I've taken my cats to Broadway Cat Hospital for 4 years and she's never recommended unnecessary tests or treatments. She and every member of her staff are kind and sincerely thoughtful, which made the recent death of my terminal 5 year-old cat as painless ... read more
