This was my first time here and I gotta say that Robert is the reason I will be coming back. He not only did a terrific and detailed job on post-wash drying my car inside-and-out but he went above-and-beyond to remove a few paint scrapes that I had jokingly mentioned were a normal part of living -- and driving -- in L.A. It took 45 minutes to get in and out -- which was no big deal, BTW -- but for Robert's extra and friendly service, I'll be back. Merci!

DO NOT COME HERE! This place is terrible. If I could rate this car wash zero stars, I would. The items out of my trunk were lost or stolen, and the employee who hand dried my car made a pass at me (for context, he said "I love you" to me in my Mother's native language and asked if I had a boyfriend). Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I left feeling uncomfortable. Truth be told, you can get a good car wash and professional, friendly service elsewhere and for the same price or less. I only go here because it's very close to where i live. They dont clean that well..

Been taking all of my vehicles to Broadway Car Wash for a year now. Hamlet greets me with a smile every time and kindness and respect. He knows exactly what I need for each vehicle and makes a recommendation based on the condition. The cashier and staff are very polite and consistent which is important to a frequent customer. When detailing my cars (which is frequently - four are black) Alex is amazing with his attention to detail.
