Very friendly and knowledgeable about their own bikes. They were able to answer most of the questions that I had, and offered to look at my bike, an eBike, but the owner(?) seemed legitimately confused about my brand of bike and how to repair the issue I'm having. It makes it difficult to want to allow someone access to my investment if I can't trust they will be able to repair it. Overall, a good experience, I just won't be bringing my own bike here.
The very best service you could ask for! Dan is so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find my perfect bike and gave me all the information I could need for it. He also showed me how to take my front tire off which I have never seen before. Absolutely the best experience I've had in any shop.
