Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with them. Amanda, the so called director of plasmalift/skin tightening, is the most rudest, impudent, and unprofessional person sitting on that position to run the company. She should be ashamed of treating her clients like garbage and with disrecpect. She is a contradictory and condescending lady lacking basic business etiquettes and interpersonal skills. I love the beauty industry and everything that entails beautifying the face, I turned to Broadway beauty academy to go through the training for microblading and lash extensions. I completed my microblading training about 1.5 years ago with Broadway Beauty Academy. I have so many positive things to say about my experience. The instructor was extremely knowledgable and walked us through every step of the microblading process, in depth. The class covered everything from cross contamination/universal precautions, working with different skin types, color theory, and multiple days of practicing the actual microblading stroke technique.
