As a man with a beard going to a new barber it is always very nerve racking but I do have to say Tess not only from the beginning was very reassuring with her knowledge on the way to trim, cut, and shape beards but her professionalism and customer service was and will be the reason I keep going back. Great service on a very busy Saturday morning! Great haircut and took time and made sure happy with the turnout. Did very well with the little man and what he wanted. I highly suggest this barber if ever in Idaho Falls!!
