Received a haircut that wasn't anything like the image I gave to the barber. Months of hair growth gone. Didn't realize how much was being taken off until it was too late.

I happened to be in Menomonie for a conference, and thought a haircut might be nice… IF I could find a decent barber (I wasn’t holding my breath). I was immediately impressed with BB’s website, from the look to the thorough information. Making an online appointment (and later changing the appointment) was very convenient and efficient. Great Hair Cut!! I called and was able to slip in an appointment with Lydia. She chatted it up and was very friendly and did a great job on my new do! I would definitely recommend this place.
