Oscar Dominguez at the midtown location was so nice and helpful to my wife, who is going through cancer treatment, he helped us with a notary document and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. He is an outstanding employee and person. Thanks again Broadway Bank and Mr Dominguez.
Have been dealing with Broadway bank for years we were at the branch and Kyle right off of 35 across from the Walmart. They were great then we started they came to Austin. They got a location off of North Lamar and everything has been beautiful. We love the customer service Definitely a small bank vibe which we appreciate when we walk in. Everyone knows our name will continue to do business with Broadway bank and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent banking.
The last two times I needed a new debit card because mine was expiring, I called in and was told that a replacement had been ordered. Both times I later discovered that no card had actually been ordered or shipped, which left me without a debit card for weeks. A mistake once is understandable, but having the same issue occur twice feels very unprofessional.
Just leaving this note here so others don't waste a trip. They can only open bank accounts for US Citizens, if you are an immigrant on work visa with SSN or student visa, they won't be able to. I had a good experience the few minutes I was here, EJ was very courteous, offered water and apologized as he couldn't open an account for me.
