The last two times I needed a new debit card because mine was expiring, I called in and was told that a replacement had been ordered. Both times I later discovered that no card had actually been ordered or shipped, which left me without a debit card for weeks. A mistake once is understandable, but having the same issue occur twice feels very unprofessional.
Just leaving this note here so others don't waste a trip. They can only open bank accounts for US Citizens, if you are an immigrant on work visa with SSN or student visa, they won't be able to. I had a good experience the few minutes I was here, EJ was very courteous, offered water and apologized as he couldn't open an account for me.

I came in today for some help and EJ was so nice and helpful. I really felt like a valued customer, I could tell he actually cares about Broadway clients. I sometimes feel like I'm not taken seriously at businesses when I ask for help or have a question, but he went above and beyond and was incredibly nice and clearly wanted to make things easy on me. It's clear that he wants what's best for all Broadway customers. I hope he feels like a valued team member, because he deserves it!
