“We can’t answer questions on the phone, you have to come in to ask that.” What?!
I showed up today to cash a check at this bank, the check was from a customer and family member of mine.. I don't bank here! (And would never!). I approached the teller "Chase", I gave him my ID and the check for 6,000 he was taking his time as he felt I was robbing the place (and yes I'm Hispanic) after about 15mins or so of me standing around and him pacing back and forth to the phone, he came to the conclusion that he was not going to be able to cash the check.. after I aksed why he said the check was flagged or questione... read more
