Dropped off truck the night before for a 7am service appt. (for an oil change, tire rotation and fuel filter change, transmission recall.) said it would take 2 hours. Called repeated during the day to get an update. Left voice mails, text. No replies. Went in at 2:00 and they had not even STARTED the service. Boooo. Zero stars if I could. Worst service ever. The level of service has declined the last 6 months at the Broadway location. Communication has been extremely poor or nonexistent. To the point I can't get a call back to select tires after calling 3 times for a call so the tires can be available for my appointment. Only to call again to find out the tires will most likely not be available because a service advisor has not called or returned my call. Second time I've had this situation. Very frustrating.
