Very disappointed!My daughter and her boyfriend bought a GMC Terrain which has the 2.4 Ecotoec engine.It has been using oil ever since they purchased.They brought it in the other day to have looked and the dealer won't do anything at all.They paid $9000 for car and said they would give them $1400 to trade back in.What a joke!The dealer knows it's a bad engine design and knows it sucks oil but they sell anyway then won't help once off the lot.They only care about money not the customer!THANK YOU BERGSTROM FOR SCREWING OVER MY... read more
$238 and 2 1/2 hours later finally got my 4 tail light bulbs changed!!!!! Yes over $200 and over 2 hours to change the bulbs in my taillight. So done with Bergstrom.
They locked my keys in the car and then there was a discrepancy between the miles on the car and what they put on the sticker for the oil change. Not the greatest customer service, either.
Take our Chevy bolt electric car in for service they did a great job
Broadway auto was great to deal with. They were fair and the salesman Cory was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend working with them on your next vehicle. Thanks Broadway team! Edit: This was written when it was Broadway I would not ever purchase or deal with Bergstrom. Worst dealership ever.
