They left my truck unlocked when it was in for service for 11 days. When I asked about why it wasn’t locked. I was told its “an industry standard”. unacceptable. Buy a second car before bringing your truck in. It will save you the hassle. I am very disappointed in the quality of service. My truck came back with a ripped tonneau cover , grease on the side of the bed and silicone (from the repair) on the third brake light lens. A disappointing service experience. I made an appointment to have my Chevy 3500 Express van serviced. I drove 1-1/2 hours and arrived on time only to be told that Bergstrom no longer services my vehicle. I was astounded to be told this. My vehicle had been serviced several times in the past when it was broadway Chevrolet and my vehicle details were in Bergstrom’s computer. Dropped off truck the night before for a 7am service appt. (for an oil change, tire rotation and fuel filter change, transmission recall.) said it would take 2 hours. Called repeated during the day to get an update. Left voice mails, text. No replies. Went in at 2:00 and they had not even STARTED the service. Boooo. Zero stars if I could. Worst service ever. The level of service has declined the last 6 months at the Broadway location. Communication has been extremely poor or nonexistent. To the point I can't get a call back to select tires after calling 3 times for a call so the tires can be available for my appointment. Only to call again to find out the tires will most likely not be available because a service advisor has not called or returned my call. Second time I've had this situation. Very frustrating.
