They locked my keys in the car and then there was a discrepancy between the miles on the car and what they put on the sticker for the oil change. Not the greatest customer service, either.

Broadway auto was great to deal with. They were fair and the salesman Cory was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend working with them on your next vehicle. 1/5 Stars - Unacceptable Service Quality UPDATE: After I raised these concerns, management called on August 4th stating they would resolve this within 2 days. It's now August 8th and I've heard nothing. I brought my truck here for repairs and was extremely disappointed with the experience.
