What a pleasant surprise! My Lexus tranny went out so I asked a body shop owner/friend who he would use. He recommended Broadway Auto Service. They picked it up at my house, repaired it, drained the old dirty fluid, flushed it and replaced my fluid...all for just under three hundred dollars. I was expecting to have to spend thousands!! When I picked it up, to my surprise, they had DETAILED IT INSIDE AND OUT! Everyone including the tow truck guy were smiling and pleasant. These people are INCREDIBLY rude.. – Especially the girl who works the front; she also happens to be the owner's daughter. Customer service can be a tough job and understandably people may get you upset, but she is like that from the moment you speak to her. She doesn't listen, she has a horrible tone, and a "what do you want me to do about it" attitude. Her father is not much better. And the cost to fix your car is ridiculous! You can go to a just-as- credible shop and pay 2/3rds what Broadway Auto costs. They need to take ... read more
