I had gotten towed from Tripple a becuase my car had completely died in the middle of the street I was driving from Springfield to New Haven CT to see a friend and once I was heading back to Springfield because my dad was in the hospital my car died at a red light my car was brought to this shop because they where gonna tow the car tomorrow back to my house because of the distance and how late it was I was waiting at the shop for my ride to come pick me up the workers here where so respectful and nice they let me watch tv an... read more
Told me they couldn't help me but still charged me. Was told the owner would call me and never did.
AL helped tow my car last night. Great service, arrived on time, and communicated with me before arrival. 10/10
Never showed up for a scheduled tow. No updates given. Tried calling an hour past scheduled pickup but they forwarded to voicemail or hung up.
They took 4 hours to come after giving me a 11/2 hour pick up time.
