I was in an accident and took my car to this shop based on a recommendation. I have no complaints about the paintwork, but my car sat at that shop for over two months. Recently had work done on my car, 5/5 Quality and Service. The owner was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to help repair my vehicle.
I came to Broadway after getting into an accident and they walked me through the entire process and repaired my vehicle. The car came out amazing and I highly recommend everyone coming here who actually cares about their vehicle
Stopped by to get a quote to repair my car, owner was on the phone at the time and brushed me off telling me he’s busy, and to send him the vin he’ll get me a quote. Followed up several times via phone and text and was ignored. It seems this shop will only accept work if they are able to make money from insurance, otherwise will not be inclined to take on your repairs.
I had a very great experience here. Everyone in the shop was very polite and helpful, especially Aldin. I was nervous walking in here as a woman, but he is very fair and extremely knowledgeable. He was very attentive and was able to fix my issue immediately. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
