If I could rate Broadway and Robert Schiff (owner I think) "zero stars" I would. Terrible service, do not use under any circumstances! The appraiser was not familiar with our area and used comps from the next town over that were substantially older and mentions age is not a factor in buying a house nor is property size. Additionally he deducted against the value of our house versus the comps but would not credit us when our house featured something the comps didn't.
