Nicest people, super helpful and they deliver!
Reliable delivery service and professional pharmacy. I was recommended to use this as my pharmacy since they deliver to where I live (which is very far from the pharmacy btw). I never went back to my previous pharmacies since then. They coordinate most things over text, they will give you a call if needed, which is so convenient. This is what all pharmacies should be doing.
Similar to other neg reviews, this pharmacy mishandles prescriptions/refills poorly. They do not carry many medications and they rarely notify you if that's the case. Similarly to long standing prescriptions, if for whatever reason they cannot refill, they still do not let you know whether or not your prescriptions are already on auto refill. They also do not answer phones. Communication is seriously lacking.
This pharmacy’s handling of my prescription was completely unacceptable and frankly negligent. For over a week I repeatedly requested that my medication be transferred. I was continuously told it had been sent, while the receiving pharmacy confirmed they never received anything. My calls and texts went ignored, and they would not even answer the receiving pharmacy’s calls when they attempted to reach them directly.
