The only good thing I can say about this place is that the location is great. Beautiful neighborhood and beautiful street. The building itself is falling apart. Everything breaks down and the management does nothing about it. Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything there. The owners do nothing to maintain this property and it shows. They do not care about their tenants at all because they know they will get another fool to rent it out. This place is rat and roach infested and the air vents are filled with mold.
