DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS VETERINARY HOSPITAL ~ I took my cat there with breathing problems; they told me he had cancer and promptly and coldly put him to sleep. But; not before charging me almost $500 on my credit card; and making me sign papers obsolving them from all responsibility. My cat was healthy up until then and was only 5 years old. I still just cannot beieve this was true. I loved my kitty dearly and this will haunt me until I die. I DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
Great Veterinary Hospital These reviewers seem to be taking the emotion of a tough situation, such as an aging and or very sick pet, out on this veterinary hospital. My family has gone to Broadway for years, using two generations (father and now son) of owner/vet Dr. Cook, and we have nothing but good things to say. The staff is knowledgeable, the facility is better then others weâve seen, and the prices are reasonable. Weâd give them 5 stars!
If I could I would give 0 stars... We recently had our 10 year old dog put to sleep and the vet was cold, impersonal and did not pet or soothe him in anyway. She also did not explain what to expect with the shot. They charged us $75 for the "emergency exam" which she did not even do. She merely asked what was wrong, we told her and she left to get the shot. This was not our regular vet hospital but it was Saturday and they were closed. Helped out in touch situation Broadway took my dog in after he had been mauled pretty badly when he got out of the house. He was in such bad shape I was just really scared, and they took care of him as soon as I brought him on a Saturday night. They brought him in and kept him for two days and he pulled through. I don't think he'd have made it without their help, and without them running out to us and getting him into surgery. They definitely saved my dog.
RecommendedI won’t trust anyone else but them with my fur babies. When one of my fur babies got hurt really bad, dr Duggan came in on a weekend to stitch my fur baby up. She greeted her like she was her own and did a fabulous job taking care of my fur baby. Ellen, who is a staff member there was amazing as well. She talked to my fur baby as she was taking her inside to get her stitches out. She was very friendly to me and my cat. My cat Daenarys had a litter of 6 kittens and ended up really sick a week later. I was concerned about her so of course I called all the vets around me. I was turned down by so many due to COVID-19, but after calling them they got me in right away! She was developed with Mastitis and they gave her the best care. After the infected area ruptured I brought her back and they went over the next steps with me. Dr. Duggan preformed surgery on her and also spayed her at the same time. We had a stray cat hit by vehicle in front of our house. Took to Broadway and they were fantastic. Dr. Duggan even donated to help with expenses and the staff also donated. This shows how caring they are and Link (new name) is home with us and will no longer be a stray or be outside. Thanks is not enough for all they did.

They are very nice people if they care about my animals they take very good care of them They are so gentle in care about the pets they take care of I would not take my pets anywhere eles
