Excellent experience with them. Very caring and concerned about the pets and the people that bring them in. I recommend them to everyone I talk to about pets. Was told by my old vet/surgery center to wait 4 days before bringing in a very sick animal. They were "too busy" to see a potentially dying animal. Unhappy with that answer, I called Broadway and they saw her the same day. That speaks volumes. They had never seen me or any of my animals before. Now they are the only vets I use.
I took my cat there for the first time last week. They miss diagnosed him and gave him the wrong medicine. Then I had to call them for an emergency call and they were so rude. They acted like my cat being I'll was inconveniencing them. The vet basically called me stupid and told me it was my fault that they misdiagnosed him. I would NEVER recommend anyone take an animal they care about there.
