CAREFULL IF YOU ARE TURIST! the manager of the store (a man about 50 years apparently Arabic) steal to me swith no shame!. I went shopping a Saturday, unfortunately the store was crowded and I bought many things on sale, just clothes, it was impossible for me to check item by item at the time because they were more than 40 items, all of 9, 99 or 10,99. Skirts R Us If you are a lover of skirts Chill on Broadway is one of the better places to buy skirts in the summer in New York City. The skirts are very pretty and come in many different designs. The dressing rooms are really nice, the store is clean and bright and the prices are fairly decent. Anything other than skirts is slim pickings.

Trendy, one-season merchandise Chill is geared towards younger women on a budget. They carry trendy, in-style items with a little more pizazz than H&M but at similar prices. Don't come here for staples, but for those items that you will wear only for a month or so and never touch again. Sales here can result in big savings. On a recent trip they displayed a 2 for $9.99 rack with some great pants and skirts.
