Very impressed with broadwater medical center, having switched from victoria road surgery (who were absolutely useless) they have helped me with my diagnosis and been contacting me frequently with updates. Big thank you to susie for being so lovely and informative!
Unhelpful told to go to AE not well enough to sit there for hours on end .
Making an eConsult took over a week. Once done it took a few days to get feedback from it and then a further few days for blood tests and another week for a doctor appointment. Overall not terrible. We made clear what the symptoms are and what is the likely cause (iron and magnesium deficit). Somehow despite doing a blood test there was no checking of magnesium or iron levels in it.
