Brilliant customer service and love the Hichinbrook E15 Caravan!!! Could not be happier with after sales service - Mark went above and beyond today (the day before the Easter long weekend) to fit us in at such short notice to get us on the road to be able to get to our holiday campsite at Minnie Waters. Absolutely the best after sale service we have ever encountered. We recently bought our Hamilton series Broadwater Camper 3rd hand. It's a beautifully-made, spacious, easy to operate camper. Since buying it, we've contacted Broadwater Campers twice - once because we misplaced our keys and once when we had an issue with one of the struts (both user error issues).
