I’ve had a very disappointing experience recently, which is unfortunate because I previously loved living here. I first moved into the community in 2023 and had a great experience, largely thanks to the manager, Jess. That positive experience is exactly why I chose to come back a year later. Celeste in your front office is TERRIBLE! She’s very rude and has ZERO customer service skills! I asked her two simple questions to which she proceeded NOT to answer she told me my issue was so long ago & she’s getting all the heat for it and it’s not fair! when I’m trying to get questions answered she proceeds to hang up the phone on me TWICE and when I asked for her managers info she claims she’s one of the managers! Living here has been a very positive experience. The complex is always clean and well maintained, and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, the team has responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. It’s a great community and I’m happy to call it home.
The apartment complex is very clean quiet the staff is very nice and polite. Never had an issue getting anything fixed or repair. The manager of the property has been wonderful. Has taken care of every issue that has came up immediately I highly recommend this place.
