Gates not work
I called asking about an apartment…. Huge mistake! I asked to speak to Celeste’s manager only to discover she’s her own manager. She has accused me of being rude when they incessantly call despite me blocking several numbers. DO NOT GET YOUR INFO IN THEIR SYSTEM!!!! Celeste repeatedly claims she’s only doing her job. I’m so grateful I dodged this bullet. There is ABSOLUTELY no customer respect. Usually you’re not aware of poor management until you move in. RUN…
Peaceful place to be at
I lived at The Broadwater apartments for two years. Recently moved out, I have to admit I was kind of sad because I had the best experience here. The girls in the office are amazing and quick with any concerns. Maintenance is quick as well with any request. The property is safe, clean and quiet! Loved it here!!!
Extremely grateful for our maintenance team in our community, especially Mr. Oscar, who always goes above and beyond when we need something in our apartment taken care of!
