Local manager does poor job. I was there a year and security gate was almost always not working, 1 break-in and 1 attempt, my van was stolen. So caution......
Broadwater is absolutely amazing!
I have lived here three months now. I was waiting to leave a review because I have read the bad reviews and wanted to see if the hype added up. It DOES NOT. The management and staff are excellent. I have never had a rude experience quite the opposite actually. Since I moved in the leasing agent and manager Victoria and Jess have given me a great experience living here. Always clean and free of debris on drive paths
It’s very quiet and very respectful neighbors. Jessica is always on top of the maintenance scheduled and always communicating with you about any work orders going on. She definitely made sure the stay here at Broadwater is pleasant.
