The only luxury thing about these apartments is the rent, you’ve got roaches, mice, terrible ground maintenance crew that don’t clean up. Morning if you live in the back. Maintenance that closes work orders and don’t even do the work. Crappy fences and patios. Pools filthy all the time and can we talk about the speed bumps and the horrible water drainage
