Has to be one of the worst dental practices I’ve ever come across. The surgery dosnt even have a Dentist they have a dental therapist who is lovely. But no permanent dentist staff they have a locum dentist that works 2 days a week. They also don’t have working equipment the chair is broken so a majority of the treatments the dentist can do she is unable to do. At 100kgs told today to treat due to chair weight limit in dental surgery, was told I was being referred to PAH and they would call me, that was a month ago and I’ve heard nothing. Fitted my own temporary filling thankfully that’s lasted 2months so far
Atrociously run practice. They do not have a clue what they are doing and cannot offer a decent dental service. I had to walk away from this practice and seek help elsewhere. Stay away from this practice if you want decent dental care. I am referring to the bottom floor practice run by a Mr Dhamu. The good reviews here refer to the upstairs dentist, Dr Vyas. I wanted to share our incredibly positive experience at Broadwalk Dental Surgery, where my child recently had a tooth extracted. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the procedure itself was handled with remarkable speed and efficiency. The staff were all so welcoming and understanding, They were excellent at explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand, alleviating any anxieties we had.
