My experience with Broadwalk dental centre was deeply disappointing. Not only was the dentist unprofessional, but their demeanor was far from pleasant. Throughout my visit, they exhibited a lack of empathy and failed to communicate effectively. Moreover, their demeanor was dismissive, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a patient. The lady was nice when removing two teeth and told me a needle was just cold water. Appreciated it cause it calmed me down
Poor service. Management is very very poor, constantly cancelling appointments last minute and dentist is very rude.
