Sent unit in for calibration quoted at 30 days. Called after 45 days to be told they didn't know where it was and needed to call us back. Got a call back stating they found the unit and it would be another 3 weeks, asked them to priority it since they told us they didn't know it was at the facility to begin with. Extremently poor experience with Broadview Calibration lately. Takes months to get quotes and longer to get work performed. They won't email or call you back. Simple requests like calibration certificates took up to 4 months to get with weekly reminders, only for Broadview to send the wrong ones. Trescal may need to step in on this location to figure out what's going on.

The office manager was extremely rude to me. She was very demanding as if I did something wrong. I was in shock of the way she spoke to me. I will never use this company again.
