We had a great experience in this building. The staff are highly energetic, helpful, and hospitable—especially Eric and Rim. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience for our family.
I received excellent service throughout the process of building my home. The team was professional, responsive, and provided great support from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall experience. My home is located in the Devonshire area, and I am very pleased with both the home and the community. I truly appreciate the outstanding service provided and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home.
Please don’t buy a home from this builder. It is nothing but headaches. Save your money and go to a custom builder.
We had an amazing experience working with Roshni throughout the process of building our first new home. Very patient , and always available to answer our questions. Roshni and Lisa are professional and made the process simpler & exciting. One year later and we love our home in Bison Run .
Edit: it’s been about 1 year since possession and our land has still not been graded and we have been contacting the builder about small issues in our house that have been present for the last year with no resolve. Disappointed with the after care. Purchased our first home, still to take possession. While there were bumps along the way we are happy with our decision to go with Broadview.
