We bought a house from Broadview Homes in Vermillion Hill. They did not allow any third-party inspections, and we only realized why after moving in: a sewage pipe runs exposed through the main-floor HVAC, creating loud and disturbing noise throughout the living space. Broadview Homes now completely refuses to fix the issue.
We had a great experience working with Mike Luciuk and Brooke Gross from the Broadview Homes sales team. They were both friendly, highly responsive, and attentive to our needs. Mike made a genuine effort to work with the builder to address our requests and find solutions whenever possible, which we truly appreciated.
