We waited over a year before writing this review to be fair and to allow the builder sufficient time to address our concerns. Unfortunately, many issues remain unresolved. From the initial walkthrough onward, deficiencies were addressed very slowly, and some were not addressed at all. Now that the one-year warranty period has passed, several outstanding items remain incomplete, and we have not received responses on certain issues for months, making it unlikely they will ever be resolved. Pleasant experience so far, standard selections are off a higher quality particularly when it comes to appliances and railings etc. I have experienced several minor issues in dealing with the different vendors when it came to design selections. Jeff Brodowski, Sales Manager has gone above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. Definitely recommend Broadview as a premium builder.
