Pleasant experience so far, standard selections are off a higher quality particularly when it comes to appliances and railings etc. I have experienced several minor issues in dealing with the different vendors when it came to design selections. Jeff Brodowski, Sales Manager has gone above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. Definitely recommend Broadview as a premium builder.
Our experience with Bradview was highly disappointing, marked by poor customer service and a lack of trustworthiness. When we first visited the show home, Stephen emphasized that Bradview was superior to other builders because most of what we saw was allegedly "standard." However, they provided no documentation to clarify which features were upgrades. Buyer be ware! The salesman pushes to sign the contract and once you sign everything he said comes included in the price ($1 million) suddenly becomes an upgrade. They don’t have a selection sheet and the descriptions in the contract are vague. For example, upgrade to granite countertops in the contract is included in the price. The salesman said the granite in the kitchen is included and when you go to select, they tell you just the standard granite is included and it’s a $5000 upgrade for the same granite in the kitchen.
