Poor service quality, don’t buy their house
Most crapy place to come and put in your time. They will ask you to put in an offer, then, they ll send u a counter offer. Once you accept the counter offer and send in paperwork again, they ll reject you stating that they want to sell it at listed price only. Basically, they ll keep you in rounds . Better to invest your time and trust in better names than BROADVIEW
If you're looking to build with Broadview do yourself a favor and move on next door to Sterling Homes. Or any other builder out there. We had no problems with the sales staff Jeff specifically. Our issues are all with the service staff and how we were handed our home. We were told 2 days prior to possession that someone broke in and stole our appliances and damaged our home. The trades apparently worked night and day to get our home up to a decent standard for move in. But unfortunately it wasn't a decent standard. The walls... read more
