Went to Bridgeport community show home of this builder . Those guys had zero sense of customer service ! Specially old guy sitting there. I ask him pricing and sq of specific home . They will not even offer you to sit in their office specially what i feel when that guy was start explaining to me about that house . Like who woke up from the chair and sit himself on the computer table and show ZERO dignity toward customer , that guy not even offer you to have a seat .who want to spend 600K on their house.. Poor service quality, don’t buy their house
Most crapy place to come and put in your time. They will ask you to put in an offer, then, they ll send u a counter offer. Once you accept the counter offer and send in paperwork again, they ll reject you stating that they want to sell it at listed price only. Basically, they ll keep you in rounds . Better to invest your time and trust in better names than BROADVIEW
