Having a terrible time getting a tech out to fix a weather stripping with warranty team. Would definitely not recommend buying a home with Broadview Homes in Ambleton
Hi purchased duplex in 2024 and at that time that duplex was less than a year old, previous owners took possession in August 2023. Since we moved in that house, there were issues with the LVP gaps, taps not fully functional and we called their maintenance person to look into it couple of times, but then right before the built hit 2 year mark, stairs starts falling apart, falling apart means couple of steps were actually falling from the edge and some of them were cracked. It has been a month since I first contacted the warranty department regarding a heating issue for my client. The request was submitted, but no one has come to resolve the problem. I have sold many homes here and have always spoken highly of the builder, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope this issue is addressed promptly, as this level of service is not what I expect for my clients.
Hello everyone. Broadview home builder are doing a excellent jobs. I bought house from Broadview home in 2016. The biulder build my house and 2 friends house a great jobs, the sellman Dimitri and manager so kind to me and friendly . We live over 10 years now still good condition. Nothing problems. Our home didnt have MAJOR issues however my neighbor did. They also blocked me on social media and deleted my comment when I commented on a picture of my own house that it was average at best, i think I can comment on it because it's my house right? no, they blocked me Plus i just found out today that they installed a tank from 2017 when our house was built in 2020.
