I actually had really high hopes at the start of dealing with Broadview and bragged about how I thought they were great, would 100% use them again. This changed almost as soon as we got the possession letter. Since then it has been issue after issue, 90% of them related to communication. They have misplaced paperwork resulting in a last minute fight to get the fireplace I signed for.
