Very poor experience. The receptionist was rude and unaccommodating. During the appointment, the dentist and assistant felt rushed and didn’t take the time to properly explain anything. I told them I was in pain, but they gave me an anesthesia injection without warning, which made it worse. The procedure itself was rough. They didn’t communicate what they were doing and didn’t check in despite my discomfort. The best dentist and good behaviour at this place.
I had a very bad experience with this dentist. He attempted to remove my tooth but broke it during the procedure. After taking an X-ray/photo, he said the extraction was too difficult and stopped, telling me I needed to see a specialist. I was left in pain and without proper treatment. I feel this situation should have been identified before starting the procedure.he only wants the money from the patient
