Michael Crane has been a wonderful mentor to my son. They first met when my son was 9 years old and struggling to communicate effectively in school and at home, leading to him being misunderstood by the staff and his peers as well as me, his mom. Michael Crane was very helpful with a client who needed some very real and affordable direction regarding her daughter's educational challenges. He performed thorough testing for the child which identified her real educational needs, and from that information, my client was able to advocate on her behalf with her school to get those needs met. Michael Crane was instrumental in advocating for our student in school and getting services in place for her learning disability. It has been a struggle for years to have the school do proper testing to find what the learning issue was.
