Kayla is very helpful and always available when I call. The Park is clean and quiet. Maintenance could use some help getting to work orders. Corporate called me to make sure all my needs are being met. I really appreciate that. The payment system needs to be changed. Paying someone else to pay my rent seems like a scam and the fees are too high. Overall it's been a good experience!!
This is the absolute worst company to rent from ever they do not care about their tenants. They do not fix anything. They will not answer the phone. Your house could be burning down and it’s just oh well. These people are terrible people very money hungry
I would like to thank Mrs. Jennifer for being so grateful and patient and understanding as I go through a difficult time. I felt like she really understood me and work with me throughout my process. Mrs Jennifer thank you so so so much I am bless to run across nice genuine people like yourself. Thank you I love my home and my kids does as well.
Broadview has come along way. New management has made this place soo much better. I recommend you stop in and check it out !
