I MOVED IN DECEMBER 2019. THE RENT WAS $475. IT TOOK ME 4 YEARS TO GET THE FLOORS DONE AND THE 30 yr OLD FRIDGE AND OVEN REPLACED. AS OF JANUARY 1 THE RENT WENT UP YET AGAIN SO NOW FOR MY 53yr OLD 700 square foot MOBILE HOME IS NOW $820.
I've been living here for years now and I can say the management and maintenance sucks and it didnt used to be like this....they never fix anything but they're collecting people money...please help me to understand how can u charge tenants 25 for grass cutting and this yall property? It's up to Management to handle that geniuses that are moved by greed...next it's gonna yall charging to fix yall trailers! Thank u Management and whoever in charge that dont have to deal with this everyday...
Nice company to work with. New managers have made it very appealing place to check into I was treated very well and loved the home I viewed.
