I've been living here for years now and I can say the management and maintenance sucks and it didnt used to be like this....they never fix anything but they're collecting people money...please help me to understand how can u charge tenants 25 for grass cutting and this yall property? It's up to Management to handle that geniuses that are moved by greed...next it's gonna yall charging to fix yall trailers! Thank u Management and whoever in charge that dont have to deal with this everyday...

I’ve been living here for over 5 Years and I so appreciate the efforts of the team at Broadview. I largely have never had a major issue and any time I have needed help Martin and the rest of staff have always honored their commitments to remedy those small needs!!
