They sick to work for too. I advise anyone do not go here for employment. They say they reimbursement gas phone bills and all. They don’t do any of it. They try to turn trash houses over and charge people 1000$ amonth to live in them, floors are rotting walls are leaking. Pipes are leaking then if your air conditioner tares up, o well they will put you a window u it in and call it a day. Stay away from here anyone. I use to do maintenance here, do not, do not move here
The worst!!! This place is a joke. They never answer the phone. You leave a voicemail, no reply. They rent to anybody. Ever since Broadview started taking over fee after fee, the rent keeps increasing. You have to pay for sewer, trash, and now lawn maintenance fee with your rent. They don’t send out bills for said utilities.
-1/5 stars honestly terrible place to live. I stayed at broad view community off of 301 for over a year. The day we moved in we put in maintenance request. To the day we moved out nothing was ever fixed. Emailed them multiple times about the repairs no answer. Went up to the office to ask about said repairs I got the same answer 3 separate times. “ our maintenance guy is in Florence I can send him by tomorrow” he never came.
