I recently moved into a broadstreet property and I have just experienced issue after issue. I want to start off saying that the on site staff are nice, but unfortunately the entire move in process has been a mess. When we arrived to our move in appointment we scheduled in advance we were told they had no record of our appointment. They managed to still assist us, once we walked over to our building we found out that our key fobs and garage opener didnt work. They said theyd reprogram them after our unit inspection. Cold lake apartments. Theft is everywhere. Packages are gone within an hour. Completely ruined Christmas. Changes to building security or the mail room needs to be changed. Management needs to up security or change the package delivery area. Went to chat with site management and was told there was nothing they could do.

Moved here 3 years ago. While I can say great things about some staff, the buildings themselves are bare minimum to code. Now actively looking to move simply due to greed of this company. Management knows they are at the max value for these units, yet, like clockwork, they increase the rent each year to the maximum allowed by law. It's gross. I'd rather pay this price for a better product. There are lots of items not addressed, despite these increases.

I am a previous tenant of Broad Street properties and to be honest they’re way over priced in the building is so poorly built. There isn’t even a seal around the baseboards. The cupboards are constantly falling apart, and even the refrigerator handle won’t even stay on and apparently nobody lived in my unit before me. Low quality Wayover priced. So glad I moved.
