Disappointing experience regarding move-out inspection, charging for damages that was already there while move-in, they pretend in front of customer that they clicked the picture of damages but they don't update it so they can rip you off while moveout. Please click every corner while moving in and keep it record. They will give you 1 month free but will take more then that in the end.
Jason is a remarkable building manager, super kind and caring, was always willing to work with me and help me out.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Noise complaint ongoing with no resolve. The issue has been going on for months. Agents at 24/7 ‘support ’ line give you the same spiel. ‘We will note it on your file and send to the resident manager’. Well that has done absolutely nothing! Resident manager asked me to record the noise, I have. Called him also while going on. Says will look into it. Says will do random checks on units. Says a lot of things and does nothing. I just want to say thank you to Wendy and Jason for the caring & personalized service extended to me as I transfer from one unit to another. Affordability & cost of living are foremost on the minds of all Canadians, and in particular Seniors. I appreciate how they have worked with me to ensure my concerns were met with solutions ensuring a stress free move. And shout out to the maintenance team too because they always take care of my unit in a timely & friendly manner. I love where I live.
