They raise rent on renewals, no exception and make it seem like any request burdens them. Garbage in the street, pools filthy, noisy neighbors, no security, just gated and even the gates frequently break. Not a good place for such a high price, you can do better than granite counter tops and a bit of grass to lure you in.
