Not a good place to live. This place is not a very nice place to stay. The management is pretty bad, typically nice when placing a lease, but rude thereafter. They raise rent on renewals, no exception and make it seem like any request burdens them. Garbage in the street, pools filthy, noisy neighbors, no security, just gated and even the gates frequently break. Not a good place for such a high price, you can do better than granite counter tops and a bit of grass to lure you in.
