The Spyglass Team is Great! Mary & Brooke just went above and beyond to assist our family with a very complex situation and I could not believe the kindness and help that they showed us. This was not part of their job. They did it because they are great people and truly care about the people that live here. Everyone should be able to live in a community with so much care. I cannot recommend Spyglass Seaside enough!! We absolutely love, living here!!❤️
Jessie was so kind and helpful when showing me available units. When I chose one she really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect in the unit for my move-in date. Mary and Brooke were also very helpful in the process! Spyglass Seaside has beautiful amenities, the sales and maintenance teams are very responsive, and all the residents I have met here are kind and respectful. It’s a lovely place:)
Amazing complex. The cleanest, newest rooms on the entirety of James Island. High ceilings in each apartment are very underrated, it'll change your life. Great neighbors, vibrant setting, lots of active & friendly people. The clubhouse, pool and gym are impeccably maintained and feel like a resort. And of course the wonderful property managers Brooke, Mary and Jessie are a big part of why I chose to move here. Overall a wonderfully positive and welcoming vibe.
Before I share my experience, let me preface this review with my background; I’ve been in property management for a decade - specifically managing luxury complexes for years. My husband and I both work full time and like many working professionals are only home before and after work.
