I've lived here for two years. Thankfully moving out in September. Prior to new management being brought in, it was great and I had no complaints. However, ever since new management has come in, they have been the least reliable people I have ever had to deal with. Zero chance to get the leasing office on the phone, you get sent directly to an ai chatbot. This is the best apartment complex in Jacksonville to live! Located right on the River across from the Jaguars Stadium and Baystreet. The facility is nice, the staff is amazing, and we are right in San Marco with plenty of things to do. There have been upgrades happening that continually improve the aesthetics as well.
I used to like living here, not anymore. I have a very noisy upstairs neighbor who is very loud at all hours of the day, even waking me out of my sleep at 1a, 3am,etc, with whatever they've got going on up there that sounds like everything from wrestling to stomping and parties. I've lived here since it was new and there has been significant decline over the years. After talking to one of my neighbors at least two tenants (including them) are leaving because of the noise from upstairs neighbors, and one of them just moved in... read more
