I lived at River House for 3 years and I absolutely loved it, it was a super sad chapter close! I would recommend living here! Everyone in the office including the Maintenance staff is so friendly and prompt and welcoming
We have lived in this complex for almost 11 months and are sharing our experience for transparency. Approximately one month after moving in, a water stain appeared on our living room ceiling. Maintenance opened the ceiling and identified a leak from the fire sprinkler system. For about a month, multiple contractors accessed our unit while the issue was being evaluated. The complex charges twice for trash pickup, yet many nights it is not picked up outside the apartments as advertised. Main office is aware, yet nothing has been done and no follow through.
