The professionalism of both the office staff Janeen Community Manager, McKenzie Assistant Manager, and Katie Leasing Professional and the maintenance staff. Nathan and Angela were a huge help in securing my perfect little piece of Jacksonville. I've lived here for 2 months and have really enjoyed meeting neighbors at social events on the property as well as in passing along the river. Located in a super ideal, private spot walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, as well as the water taxi. Most importantly, I feel very safe and secure living here as a single female.
