We’ve lived at this property for two years, always paid rent on time, and generally had a positive experience. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and the maintenance team is consistently kind and quick to address work orders, which has made day‑to‑day living easy. Our biggest ongoing issue has been harassment from our downstairs neighbor simply for normal walking in our apartment, despite having no pets or children. I called the leasing office with a question about my renewal, and the leasing agent initially hung up on me. Afterwards, I called back, and she was not kind at all. Horrible! This is despite living here for over two years and never being late on rent and being good tenants.
Could be better if they catered handicap residents better
