Edit: Within just two full months of living here, I have seen the police here, probably four times and actually experienced a shooting in the parking lot, two guys feuding with each other, and had to waste 30 minutes of my day giving a written and verbal statement to the police. (The management has since removed this problematic resident and I have not experienced an issue since) And if you have a dog, rent somewhere else, this place has very little grass.
