I visited a family member this weekend as I am in search of an apartment. I was Immediately turned off by the lack of due care and control around the management of the property. In the breezeways and some hallways leading to the apartments there are birds nest and large amounts of bird waste in those areas. Not to mention the wasp nests. My family member has made several unaddressed requests and her child was almost stung by a wasp close to their apartment door. Punishes loyal residents, illogical management practices I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value a management team that actually cares about retaining good tenants. The new management here is incredibly unhelpful and completely unwilling to work with residents. When it came time to renew my lease, they hit me with a massive rent increase. The most baffling part? Beautiful place but I got treated very horribly by the lady in the leasing office. It’s very obvious that my race played a part in her behavior. It was absolutely horrible. I couldn’t imagine supporting an apartment complex who supports this kind of behavior.
This apartment complex has seen several changes in management since I moved in back in 2024. I’ve noticed a clear improvement with the current team, they’ve really turned things around in terms of day-to-day operations. I’d especially like to recognize Paulo. He is consistently attentive, professional, and responsive whenever I have questions or concerns. He always returns my calls and emails promptly, and he’s very knowledgeable about how things run.
