Absolutely terrible. My vehicle was hit by the entrance gate last month, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. It took WEEKS to get into contact with someone who would help, even though fault on their part was admitted and I was told by an employee that MULTIPLE vehicles had been hit. Additionally, the gate remained open for weeks after the incident while they waited to repair it ( I have photos I took), further signaling their negligence in operating a malfunctioning gate IN ADDITION TO a MAJOR safety hazard..
