If I could give zero stars I would. Dodged emails and eventually found the claim in favor of the mega corporation that is paying them. No surprises here - the 'investigation' that took months was them just asking the hotel if they were at fault. The hotel obviously said no and they proceeded to conclude the investigation. If you file a claim and have to deal with this company, save yourself some time and just go straight to a lawyer.

This company is very poorly run. My attorney will see that they receive the proper penalties under Florida law. They obstruct care, and play games with people's lives. As the other reviewers said, if they are your TPA, get a lawyer. They are looking at hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines from Florida DWC.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. These benefits are owed to employees and yet, broadspire plays "devil's advocate" I also will advocate to not use this company. The fact that you have to jump through hoops to get ANY benefits,even after your claim was accepted, after surgery even. How can anyone get better when "insurance" is supposed to be just that. Meanwhile, they'd rather pay penalties instead of paying what's owed to the client. They are an embarrassment to any company they are
